Senior Sales Manager Europe (m/w/d)

The job offer is for our sister company Haitian Precision Germany, also based in Ebermannsdorf, Germany.
Haitian Precision is a renowned CNC machine tool manufacturer and a listed company specializing in the machine tool industry. With state of the art production facilities in China, we manufacture a wide range of high quality CNC machine tools.
As Senior Sales Manager Europe for our CNC business, you will play a central role in building and creating a sales network across Europe. Your main focus will be on expanding our customer base, developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities that are in line with our corporate strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for nurturing potential customer contacts and guiding them through the entire sales process.
Your responsibilities
- Development of a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market in the field of CNC machines, including the development and expansion of a sales networkIdentification and pursuit of new business opportunities that are in line with our corporate strategy
- Promote and present our range of CNC products and services to customers
- Negotiate and close deals with customersCollaborate with the internal team on request for quotations (RFQs) and support the sales process
- Actively participate in relevant industry events, trade shows and conferences to raise the company profile and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with other departments such as product development, marketing and customer service to provide a customer-centric solution and continuously improve the product offeringBudget planning and control for the sales department and report regularly to the management team
- Monitoring and reporting on customer satisfaction and project feedback
Your profile
- A degree in a related technical discipline is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (essential), other European languages are an advantage
- Strong technical sales and negotiation skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Experience in building and expanding sales networks and dealing with international customers and partners
- A solid understanding of the company’s services and the CNC machine industry
- Ability to work under pressure, operate globally and work effectively as part of a team
- Strategic thinking, a high level of initiative and results orientation
- At least 5+ years of experience in the technical/commercial field, ideally in sales or business development for a technical consulting company
