Tie Bar Production
Haitian’s fully automated tie bar production follows the 16+8 principle, ensuring optimal efficiency and precision. This process guarantees exceptional durability and stability in our injection molding machines from 400 to 8.800 kN clamping force.
Platen Production
Haitian uses advanced machines to produce plates up to 5.60 meters and for tools up to 140 tons. Offering high stiffness, precision, and quality in large quantities, they produce both standard and magnetic platen designs for demanding applications.
Casting Parts
Haitian uses advanced FMS CNC lines to produce high-precision casting parts like for clamping units up to 8.800 tons. These processes ensure durability and performance, comparable to industry-leading components, while guaranteeing long-term operational stability and efficiency.
Hydraulics & Drives
Within our group, we manufacture nearly all key components for the drive systems of our machines, such as servo-hydraulic and electric motors (from 10 to 60 kW) as well as our own inverter systems or linear guides. These energy-efficient components are produced in large quantities and in high quality, which in turn has an impact on the cost-effectiveness of our machines.
